the location is perfect i could walk to all attractions and restaurants. the breakfast buffet had fresh baked croissants bread charcuterie eggs and sausages.

the room was cold edinburgh was minus five degrees. the bathroom had no heating and no towel rail.

The noise was quite noticeable. I could hear doors closing and people in the hallway. the bathroom door did not close properly, a major inconvenience. these issues impacted the overall quality of my stay. i think the soundproofing needs improvement. basic maintenance would help.

the location proved central to all attractions! the lobby offered a modern, renovated space with cute decor. the breakfast included fresh scrambled eggs, though they were served with chorizo rather than bacon. the staff efficiently stored our bags after checkout, great to explore freely for the rest of the day.

the nearby parking was not as close as i had expected, it was a slight inconvenience to find a suitable spot.

the location was indeed superb, close to everything i wanted to see. i appreciated the excellent breakfast (especially the fresh pastries!). the friendly staff quickly addressed a minor issue with the room lighting. the christmas decorations in the lobby created a nice, festive feel.

The soundproofing could be better. I heard some noise from the hallway at times. (nothing too bad though!)
